Fellow energy business colleagues from #Lithuania, #Poland, #Denmark, #Finland and #Sweden met in beautiful #Kaunas to discuss innovation and smart solutions for:
– the green energy #transition, #digitalization and #resilience
– sustainable and profitable optimization of cogeneration in times of volatile fuel and electricity prices
– consumer flexibility
– leak detection/prevention in an aging district heating network

Pia Malmström Lawson from Energy Opticon AB and Charlotta Feith from NODA Intelligent Systems held a presentation about end-to-end #optimization, collaboration between energy companies and building owners for increased #flexibility and #sustainability.

We also did an exciting site visit to the Kauno energija district heating #Petrasiunai boiler plant, where history meets the future!
